download Jellybean Keyfinder from this website
Now open Keyfinder.exe
Click on options and click "change windows key"
Now enter this key and you're done.

P.S: this works on windows xp sp2 only......
ppl u can try this out...
this might sound silly but it works perfectly...
TRY INSTALLING IE7 OR MEDIA PLAYER11.
